The Situation
🚨 Code Red!
A leading pharmaceutical client was blindsided: their annual domestic business review was rescheduled – moved up by two months. And this wasn’t just any meeting. It was a high-stakes review with global corporate leadership.
There was another twist: traditional PowerPoint wouldn’t cut it. Leadership requested a nonlinear, experiential format – interactive, immersive, and far from the usual sit-and-listen approach. The focus? Five breakthrough therapies launching in the next 36 months. The entire cross-functional team had to show synergy, innovation, and alignment.
The call came in:
“Can you make it?”
Our Plan
Infinitely Big sprang into action – partnering directly with the client team to concept, create, and deploy a fully immersive experience. The idea? Repurpose various locations throughout the company’s home office into a multi-zone, tradeshow-style event – each focused on a different stage of the patient journey.
We used PowerPoint as our creative engine to build a wide range of tools:
📍 Interactive Touchscreens
📍 Animated Loops & Video Displays
📍 Large-Format Posters with QR Scans
📍 Live “Skits” and Walkthroughs
📍 Co-branded Visual Themes Across All Materials
To keep everything moving, we structured a five-week sprint:
Week 1: Concept, collaborate, brainstorm
Week 2: Audit existing content and identify gaps
Weeks 3-4: Create, design, and refine assets for MLR review
Week 5: Print, produce, and set up on site
The Result
🏁 Go time.
When reviewers arrived, the atmosphere was electric. Colleagues from across the country walked through beautifully branded, emotionally resonant “patient zones” that told a powerful, human-centered story.
Global leadership was fully engaged – and more importantly, impressed. The presentations didn’t just inform; they sparked real excitement and set a new standard for what future business reviews could look like.
“Honestly, we don’t know how you pulled it off… but thank you for again finding a way to do the impossible.”
