What makes Infinitely Big different from other design agencies?

We differentiate ourselves from competitors through a combination of deep expertise, strategic insight, creative execution, and unmatched responsiveness. More specifically:

Unparalleled experience with high-stakes clients: We’ve worked with many of the world’s largest and most successful brands, giving them unique visibility into presentation best practices and common pitfalls. This experience informs every project with a high standard of quality and strategic thinking.

Strategic visual storytelling: We’re not just PowerPoint designers… we’re business storytellers. We have expertise in turning dense, technical, or strategic content into clear, compelling narratives that guide audiences and drive outcomes. This includes transforming data into insightful visualizations, crafting cohesive storylines, and integrating brand identity with subtlety and consistency.

PowerPoint as a versatile platform: We push PowerPoint beyond slideshows, using it as an interactive tool for sales enablement, prototyping, event kiosks, and immersive product demos. Our creative use of PowerPoint’s native capabilities – such as hyperlinks, triggers, animations, and transitions – brings presentations to life in surprising ways.

Executional excellence in high-pressure situations: We consistently deliver under extreme deadlines and complex conditions. Our case studies highlight last-minute turnarounds, large-scale meeting overhauls, and high-impact executive presentations, all executed flawlessly and on time.

Commitment to quality over “good enough”: We reject mediocrity. Our mantra – “With so much on the line, ‘good enough’ just isn’t good enough” – is more than a tagline; it’s a promise of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a refusal to settle.

In essence, we’re not just a service provider; we’re a high-trust strategic partner for mission-critical presentations.

Is presentation design your specialty?

We are the world’s leading agency dedicated to PowerPoint presentation design and development. It’s not a sideline – it’s our specialty, our core competency. We transform complex content into clear, compelling narratives and visually stunning slides that don’t just inform… they persuade, inspire, and drive action.

Our work goes far beyond aesthetics. We build presentations that are strategically structured, audience-specific, and fully aligned with your brand. From global and national sales meetings, product launch meetings, and B2B sales support, to internal comms, corporate campaigns, and training modules, we tailor every element – storyline, visuals, animation, and interactivity – for maximum impact.

Our design ensures brand consistency, accessibility, and seamless user experience, whether the presentation is live, virtual, interactive, or self-guided. We also develop custom templates and modular frameworks that empower client teams to maintain quality across everyday communications.

When it absolutely has to land right, look great, and perform flawlessly, we are the team to call.

Do you only work in PowerPoint?

PowerPoint is our superpower – but it’s just the beginning. We use it as a flexible canvas for storytelling, strategy, and interactivity. We also produce executive summaries, printable toolkits, and digital sales enablement tools. If it tells your story, we make it shine.

What industries do you specialize in?

We’ve done extensive work in pharma, tech, finance, healthcare, climate, real estate, and private equity – but our real expertise is translating complexity into clarity. If your message matters, we’ll help you communicate it powerfully.

What is your client onboarding process?

Every engagement begins with a comprehensive onboarding and input process designed to gain as complete an understanding of each client’s unique market, business, and product environment as possible. This process includes face-to-face and/or virtual kick-off meetings to introduce and familiarize client teams with Infinitely Big strategic and account teams, followed by in-depth working meetings where project and engagement parameters are outlined and discussed, creative briefs are assembled, scopes of work are defined, and budgets and timelines are agreed upon. Further, any pertinent research, strategic documents and creative assets are shared, and access to appropriate enterprise systems and project management platforms is established.

How do you handle intake and discovery on new projects?

Our intake and discovery process is designed to uncover the strategic intent behind every presentation, ensuring the final product doesn’t just look great, but drives real business impact.

We begin with a project kickoff, where we align on:

  • Objectives: What does success look like for this presentation?
  • Audience: Who are we speaking to, and what do they need to feel, think, or do?
  • Content: What assets exist, and where are the gaps?
  • Brand & Voice: What creative and corporate standards must be upheld?
  • Timeline & Reviews: What’s the production schedule, and who are the key decision-makers?

Depending on the project, we may supplement this with:

  • Stakeholder interviews or briefings
  • Content audits and structure mapping
  • Theme or messaging workshops
  • Visual discovery or mood boarding sessions

From there, we develop a clear creative brief and/or SOW that aligns all parties on vision, scope, and deliverables. This strategic front-loading ensures smoother execution, fewer revisions, and a final presentation that tells the right story in the right way, every time.

What does your creative development process look like?

Our creative development process is grounded in strategic clarity, audience insight, and storytelling excellence. We believe that compelling presentation design begins long before the first slide is built; it starts with understanding the “why” behind the message.

  1. Strategic intake & briefing: We start by defining business objectives, key messages, audience personas, and any existing content or assets. This step ensures alignment and surfaces any gaps or opportunities.
  2. Audience & contextual research: While we don’t conduct traditional consumer research in-house, we routinely analyze things like client-provided audience segmentation, market research, and sales data; industry-specific insights; and competitive landscapes and historical performance of similar presentations. When needed, we collaborate with client research teams or external partners to incorporate qualitative or quantitative findings into our narrative and design strategies.
  3. Narrative development: We structure the core storyline with a clear beginning, middle, and end, driven by key takeaways and supported by visual anchors. This is where we define pacing, tone, and audience engagement strategies.
  4. Concepting & design: Our creative team often explores multiple visual directions, from data visualization approaches to custom themes and interactive layouts. We incorporate brand guidelines while elevating design to create memorable, on-brand storytelling experiences.
  5. Iteration & collaboration: We present creative concepts early and often, allowing for feedback, refinement, and co-creation. Our iterative process ensures stakeholder alignment and optimizes impact.
  6. Final production & delivery: We polish all content for clarity and delivery platform, whether it’s live, virtual, or interactive. We also support dry-runs and speaker coaching when needed.

In short, we combine thoughtful strategy with creative agility, bringing together data, insight, and design to create presentations that move audiences and drive results.

How do you handle revisions?

All projects are scoped and priced on a individual basis. Agreed-upon specifications, including number of slides/content, creative needs, unique functionality, number of revision rounds, and delivery milestones/timelines – and all fees based upon those parameters – are explicitly defined in SOWs. Fees are billed to actual hours/resources expended. Any out-of-scope elements, including out-of-scope revisions, are communicated prior to initiation of work. Only mutually agreed-upon project details are included in final billings. Based upon the agreed-upon revision rounds and established project milestones, revisions are executed immediately upon receipt, and the revised work product delivered accordingly.

What’s your typical turnaround time?

It depends on the scope. Some projects take 4-6 weeks. Others happen overnight. We’ve designed 200-slide conferences in two weeks and built global CEO decks in under 24 hours. If it’s urgent, we’ll find a way. (And yes – we mean urgent.)

Can you help with last-minute projects?

Yes. We specialize in high-pressure, high-speed situations. If your meeting is tomorrow and your deck is a disaster, we’re the team to call. We’ve got a proven process for urgent turnarounds – with no compromise on quality.

What if I already have slides – can you just make them look better?

Absolutely. We can clean up, redesign, and polish existing content – or start from scratch and help you build the story. Either way, your final product will be sharp, strategic, and fully aligned with your brand.

How do we get started?

Easy. Book a discovery call or submit a brief. We’ll take it from there.
