Our Plan
We collaborated with Corporate Communications and regional units to:
✅ Establish a Global Steering Committee and Regional Implementation Teams
✅ Design branded presentation templates tailored by region, function, audience, and use case
✅ Build an intranet-based Brand Warehouse to house templates, tools, and approved assets
✅ Audit and update enduring assets used by HR, PR, Training, and Operations
✅ Roll out in phases by region, leveraging virtual and live channels, all within one business quarter
The Results
Success! Over 3 months, the rollout reached 78 countries, 176 affiliates, and 54,000 employees – impacting hundreds of thousands of presentations globally.
